1. Who we are

2. Use of this website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our association, its programs and its governance. You may browse, share and link to our pages for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that violates Finnish or EU law;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms;
• attempt to disrupt the site's operation or access data not intended for you;
• present our name, emblem or materials in a way that suggests endorsement without our written consent.

Information on this site does not constitute legal, social or financial advice. While we work to keep content accurate and current, we make no warranty of completeness and may update content without notice.

3. Volunteer participation

Volunteering with the association is governed by our rules, volunteer guidelines and — where activities involve minors or vulnerable persons — our safeguarding practices. By registering as a volunteer you agree to:

• act in accordance with our values of inclusivity, respect and non-discrimination;
• complete the orientation and any role-specific training we require;
• treat personal information of participants as confidential;
• accept that the association may end a volunteer engagement where conduct is incompatible with these terms or with the safety of participants.

Volunteers act without remuneration. The association's liability in volunteer activities is governed by Finnish law; we maintain appropriate insurance arrangements for organised activities.

4. Donations

Donations to the association are voluntary and non-refundable, and are used in accordance with our non-profit purpose as defined in our rules. We acknowledge donations and report on the use of funds in our annual reporting. If a donation is made in error, contact us within 14 days at info@crsadr.com.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, emblem and photographic material on this website are the property of the association or used with permission, and are protected under the Finnish Copyright Act (Tekijänoikeuslaki 404/1961) and international treaties. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Short quotations with attribution are welcome.

6. Third-party services

Our contact page embeds a map provided by OpenStreetMap, subject to its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services linked from this site.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Finnish law, the association is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the statutory rights of consumers.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation; failing that, before the District Court of Pirkanmaa (Pirkanmaan käräjäoikeus), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its date of update. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
